Does 4Play Essentials have a physical store?
Short answer: Nope.
Slightly longer answer: Absolutely not. We're exclusively online, saving you the trip and keeping your shopping discreet!
How do I place an order with 4Play Essentials?
Easy peasy! Just spot the toy that tickles your fancy and hit “add to cart.” Gathered all your goodies? Click “proceed to checkout” and fill out the necessary details. Select your shipping method and how you’d like to pay. Once your order is all set, you'll get a confirmation email faster than you can say “let’s play!” Shop now
Can I order over the phone?
While we encourage you to use our slick online platform for a smoother experience, we've got you covered if you hit a snag. Just shoot us a message on WhatsApp at 0785569385, and we'll help you sort everything out!
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
At the checkout page, you’ll find a spot to enter your discount code. Just pop it in there, and voilà! You’ll see the discount reflected in your payment total instantly. Happy saving!
What payment methods can I use?
We offer a variety of payment options to cater to every shopper’s needs. Choose from Visa, MasterCard if you’re using a credit or debit card. Prefer digital wallets? No problem—we support numerous digital wallets. Plus, for those who like to spread out their payments, we offer flexible solutions like Payflex. Happy shopping!
Concerned about discreet billing?
We’ve got you covered. Choose the Payfast payment gateway for ultra-discreet billing—your bank statement will list the transaction under 'Gemstone Tech' to keep things private. Please note, if you opt for Payflex or Ozow, the payment will appear as 4Play Essentials on your statement. Your privacy matters to us!

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns and exchanges
What are the shipping costs?
Well, it depends on where you are and which delivery option you choose.
Free delivery to door for orders above R749. Below R749, here are the options:
1. Economy courier to door - R90 (3-5 business days)
2. Courier to nearest Postnet (you collect from Postnet) - R110 (2-3 business days)
3. Express Courier to door (only to main city centres) - R180 (1-2 business days)
4. Courier to nearest Pudo locker (you collect at the Pudo Locker) - R70 (3-5 business days)
5. Delivery to door in Cape Town (within 40km of CBD) - R70 (1-2 Business days)
Business days are Monday to Friday. Couriers don't work on weekends or holidays.

Who handles the delivery of my order?
Your treasures are in good hands with The Courier Guy, Fastway Couriers, Postnet and Skynet. Remember, these couriers take a break on weekends. We'll send you the courier confirmation and waybill numbers by email on the same day your order leaves our warehouse, so you can track its journey to you.

When will my order from 4Play Essentials arrive?
We're quick on the draw! Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Expect your goodies in 3-5 working days (if you're out of Cape Town) and 1-2 working days if you're in Cape Town. Remember, our team and delivery partners take a breather on weekends and holidays, so those days don’t count as working days.
What is discreet packaging?
Exactly what it sounds like! Our products are shipped in a plain unmarked box with no indication of the contents inside. Inside the plain boring boxes, the toys are wrapped in a layer of tissue paper. The plain boxes are packed into non-see-through courier flyer bags as shown below to guarantee no one (even the courier) will know what is inside. Our discreet packaging ensures that your privacy is protected all the way.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely, you can track it! Once your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with all the details you need to follow its journey. Our delivery partners make sure you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
What happens if I have an item missing from my delivered package?
If your delivery isn't quite right, let us know! Shoot us an email at sales@4playessentials.co.za within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Or just send us a message on Whatsapp or give us a call at 0785569385. We’re here to make it right!
