Made from soft, stretchy TPR, this penis sleeve has a 25 mm entrance that flexes around the shaft, while the separate lower loop fits around the testicles to help keep the sleeve in position during play. Add a little water-based lubricant inside the sleeve before slipping it on, guide the shaft into the channel, then gently position the lower loop around the testicles.
