Description

Not looking to go quite as big as its 23 cm sibling? The TopNotch 7cm Cock Sleeve Extender offers a more compact way to experiment with added length, extra girth and realistic texture. Measuring 19.5 cm overall, it features a closed, solid head and an 11 cm internal shaft channel, with the manufacturer rating the design to add approximately 7 cm of length.

Soft, stretchy TPR flexes around the shaft while realistic veins and a defined head create a fuller outer profile. Inside, the ribbed tunnel adds texture for the wearer, while the separate lower loop fits around the testicles to help keep the cock sleeve securely positioned during play.

Add a little water-based lubricant inside, slide the shaft into the 25 mm opening and gently position the lower loop around the testicles. Available in Light Brown or Black, it's a handy middle ground when you want an extender without stepping straight up to the larger 10 cm model. For a pleasurable experience, apply generous amounts of water-based lubricant to all insertable parts and your intimate areas before gentle insertion.

Care Instructions

Silicone-based lubricants may react with silicone products, leading to swelling of the area of the toy submerged in silicone or other distortion. To be safe, only use water-based lubricants with the toys or do a patch test on a small area to see how they react. Wash off with warm water and mild soap if an adverse reaction occurs.

Wash the toy with warm water and mild soap or an antibacterial toy cleaner before and after use to prevent infection. If you’ve been engaged in anal play with the toy and would like to switch to vaginal play, make sure it is cleaned properly before using it on the vagina to prevent the transfer of bacteria from the anus to the vagina.
