What this means for your order

- If you need a parcel before Christmas, please aim to order early so we can dispatch it by 19 December 2025.

Holiday FAQs
Will my order arrive before Christmas if I order on 19 December?
We will dispatch orders on 19 December 2025, but we can’t guarantee pre-Christmas delivery because courier networks can be congested and airline cargo pauses 23 Dec–5 Jan may affect movement.
What happens if I order during the break?
Orders remain open as normal. Your order is safely received, but it will only be processed and dispatched from 5 January 2026.
What does “airline cargo pause (23 Dec–5 Jan)” mean for me?
Some routes, especially those involving air movement (i.e., outside of Western Cape) may have limited or paused cargo operations during that window, which can delay transit until operations resume.
Will my tracking update during the airline cargo pause?
Tracking updates may be slower or show fewer scans during the pause and peak season, depending on the route and courier network activity.
Will customer support be available during the break?
Customer support is available up to 19 December 2025 across all our channels (website, social media, email and phone line). We resume support on 5 January 2026.
Can I change my address or order details during the break?
We’ll do our best once we’re back online, but changes are easiest before 19 December 2025.
